These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the East Coast Power, LLC Storm Roster Alerts SMS program (“Program”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Terms.
East Coast Power Storm Roster Alerts.
The Storm Roster Alerts program sends SMS text messages from East Coast Power, LLC to line workers and storm response personnel who have opted in to receive notifications about storm work availability, mobilization details, report times, locations, and related operational updates. Messages may also request confirmation of your availability and acknowledge your responses.
This program is operated by East Coast Power, LLC. SMS delivery is provided by Trailhead Group as our technology service provider, using Twilio Inc. as the underlying messaging carrier.
You may opt in to the Program by completing the storm roster signup form at https://www.eastcoastpowerllc.com/join-our-storm-roster/ and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox. By opting in, you confirm that the mobile phone number you provided is yours and that you consent to receive SMS messages from East Coast Power, LLC as described in these Terms.
Message frequency varies based on storm activity and your work qualifications. You may receive several messages during an active storm response and no messages between storm events.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. East Coast Power, LLC does not charge for participation in this Program; however, your mobile carrier’s standard rates for sending and receiving SMS messages will apply.
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Other accepted opt-out keywords include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further messages unless you opt back in by replying START or by resubmitting the roster signup form.

This Program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Sprint, as well as their MVNOs and resellers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through this Program, including your mobile phone number, consent record, and message history, is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to participate in this Program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS or posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
